She arrives with a thesis written on the back of an envelope. By the end of her first week she has a bench, a fridge, a BSL-2 hood, and a cheque from a fund that sits two floors above her office. The Lab is the part of the City of Healing where biotechnology companies are born — wet-lab and incubator space, paired with an evergreen venture fund domiciled on-site. We do not refer founders to other people's capital. We capitalise them ourselves.

Sixty thousand square metres on the edge of Madinah, with twenty-five to thirty-five thousand built in Phase One. The Land is what every venture investor secretly wants — a visible runway. Tenants outgrow their lab and find the next floor already framed. The land bank is the part of the platform that holds value when fund cycles turn, and it happens to be a securitisable asset on its own.

Our portfolio companies need clinical research, biomanufacturing pilots, and regulatory dossiers from their first day. So does every other biotech in the region. The Bench is the contract-research organisation we build on-site — first as captive supply for the fund, then as third-party service for the Kingdom and beyond. It is the engine that turns intermittent venture returns into recurring revenue.

An incubator without a megaphone is a building. We are building the platform that introduces Madinah to the people we need to meet — founders, clinical partners, limited partners, regulators. An annual conference. Founder fellowships. Editorial work and partnered media. Brand as infrastructure, not as marketing spend. The Megaphone is the reason the right person hears about the right opening at the right moment.
